POST MARCH 30

Please, dear critics, do a good job summarizing
the work of the poet whose name you have drawn,
and do post something on his/her blog. For the
rest of us I would minimize commentary and
edit. This editing should be taken as suggestion
by the poet. Not as, somehow, a negation of the
the poem. Maybe, dear poet, in seeing this suggestion
you find your meaning coming clearer. So, dear
critic, strike lines, add or cut punctuation,
cut whole stanzas or lines. Suggest new titles.
Suggest, perhaps, couplets instead of one long
stanza. My point. Let the poet see some alternate
versions of their poems. By all means, if it feels
perfect don't mess with it. I've made comments
in the past and will edit this time around, especially
newer, less polished stuff. We start with the two
Rachels, etc. Alphabetical. Have a good weekend.
