Anyway, here is the new post for the new semester of Literary
Publishing, as it were:

Bring one poem to distribute and read on Jan 21, one poem we
can say a few brief words about. It's icebreaker day.

Bring a packet of 4 - 6 poems to distribute. We will read this
at home so we can talk about them on Jan. 28. (The one poem
you bring to read can also be included in this packet of 4 - 6
poems . . .

Feel free to take the raw material of tonight's freewrites
and revise and include it in the packet. Why not? Give it a try.

Write your review of the literary magazine you took home
and hand in the hard copy of it on Jan. 28

Read the poems in Mary Ruefle's Trances of the Blast (thru p. 40).

This is a very talented class. I expect great things.
