Interesting, reading these notes on Laurel R., and Passages
North. One person's discovered she's a probable non-
fiction writer. Many people liked Louise Mathias's
poems. (Full disclosure--Mathias is my, in the old lingo,
"girlfriend," or in the new, "partner.") Someone has even
argued about gun control online with her at some point
(apparently). I like the lists. The choices are smart and
nuanced, particular--not the usual narrative stuff for the
most part. I like that someone dug Graham Foust, but also
Vogelsang and Dubie. Mary Lou Buschi was a client (editing)
of mine years ago. A few people picked her numbered
poems. Anyway, some good stuff.
